exceeded my expectations with kind and helpful hosts, clean and modern facilities, and an ideal location one stop away from central tokyo. private room had enough space and outlets, plus in-room air conditioning. felt like staying in a home, met amazing people. definitely coming back!

The couple running the place were incredibly friendly and made me feel like part of their family. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I had the chance to meet and socialize with other guests. The location was great, nestled next to an elementary school, providing a safe and quiet environment. It was also conveniently located near a train station, making it easy to explore Tokyo.
